Top Tips for Top Shops event

Every delegate at the CRNS held 'Top Tips for Top Shops' event in Grangemouth on 2 November found it "good value for money" and useful. 24 delegates from 20 organisations attended on the day.

The event was aimed at organisations that run shops or that offer choice to people that are referred to their project.

The day started with a visit to Grangemouth Enterprise Ltd's shop and warehouse, which was followed by a networking lunch and a series of presentations.

The presentations focused on the nuts and bolts of running a shop, selling on Ebay and examples of good practice from around the world.

The speakers were Jim Neill, RECAP, Pauline Hinchion, FEAT Enterprises, and Linsay Chalmers, CRNS.
