Programme

Highlights include: a World café session on issues chosen by members; a presentation on Reconomy and in-depth workshop on the Third Sector Capacity Building Programme and its benefits; a good look at the new waste permitting exemptions and how they affect us; a presentation and workshop by Kealan Gell on his Anaerobic Digestion work for CCN; a workshop from the Open University for the Unleashing the Potential of Community Composting project, an in-depth look at Access to Land Issues with Women's Enviromental Network; a bonfire; catering by Heeley City Farm Café; the Composting Competition; an outdoor film screening; and music in the evenings and more.

How do we cram all this in? Well, Friday night will be an informal gathering and getting to know each other session. Saturday kicks off with the AGM followed by in-depth workshops. Following lunch we'll have a 'bums on seats' session in the barn to hear more about Reconomy and the Third Sector Capacity Building programme, and hopefully the Waste Management Licence Exemptions. And then we'll have tea and cakes while we put the world to rights in a World Café session (a collaborative tool commonly used by Transition Towns):
