Regional Forums - Northern Isles

The Northern Isles covers the Orkney and Shetland Islands.

Orkney

In Orkney, the CRNS development officer has begun meeting with CRNS members, Orkney Islands Council and representatives from community organisations and develoment trusts in the smaller Orkney Islands. These meetings take place in the Picaquoy centre, Kirkwall, times to suit the ferries from the islands. These have not been formal meetings to date and no minutes are taken.

Shetland

In Shetland there is a recycling forum co-ordinated by Shetland Islands Council which includes CRNS members and the private sector.
