Towards Zero is the Community Recycling Network for Scotland newsletter. The aim of the newsletter is to highlight the work of the community recyclers, composters and re-users of Scotland, who, as resource managers, are delivering local solutions to the waste problem and so bringing economic, social and environmental benefit to the community.
