SEPA Consultation on Odour Guidance

SEPA has launched a consultation on its proposed new guidance for regulating odorous emissions from regulated sites.

The new guidance is intended as an introduction to the regulation of odour.

It refers to other available guidance and best practice on the control of odorous emissions.

If you would like to input into the Association for Organics Recycling: Scotland’s response, please forward your comments to Scotland@organics-recycling.org.uk by 25 August.

Deadline for responses directly to SEPA is 29 August.
