One month to go to find Scotland’s most environmentally friendly businesses With just a month remaining to find Scotland’s most environmentally friendly businesses, organisations north of the border are being encouraged to enter the 2008 Vision in Business for the Environment of Scotland awards (VIBES). Now in their ninth year, the VIBES awards are free to enter and are open to businesses of all sizes and sectors that bring benefits to their bottom line through improvements to their environmental performance. The closing date for entries is Friday 18 July 2008. There are four categories for the 2008 VIBES awards with each category having a small (less than 50 employees), medium (between 50 and 250 employees) and large (more than 250 employees) winner.
