MTF Social Impact Award

This award will focus on the social impact of furniture projects with a particular focus on housing and homelessness. We are looking for projects that have a significant social impact, that are taking an innovative approach to social impact or that have gone the extra mile to support service users.

Cash prize £1,000, certificate and CRNS MTF Social Impact Award to winner.

Criteria

1. Applicants must be members of the CRNS.

2. They must be furniture or starter pack projects.

3. Scoring will take into account the following factors:

• Helping people to move out of homelessness.
• Helping people to improve the quality of their life through the provision of furniture or other household goods.
• The provision of employment, training or volunteering placements preferably with a focus on people who are homeless or moving out of homelessness.
• Involving service users in the development of the service.
• Innovative approaches to supporting service users.
